ANR Cosseroots

COSSEROOTS: The COSSEROOTS project, funded by the ANR (French National Agency for Research) under the PRC framework, begins on 1 November 2020 and spans four years until 31 October 2024.

This research endeavor focuses on developing a comprehensive toolbox for modeling and controlling slender, flexible, continuous robots that can undergo large, controlled deformations.

The project focuses on relative parameterization modeling techniques to achieve this objective. This involves creating a framework for describing the behavior of these bio-inspired robots using Cosserat rod theory.
